The Red River Run 10K & Downtown 5K are about 7 weeks away!!! Warm up those running shoes! This is the 10th Anniversary of this great race! The 5K, sponsored by Run Wild (www.runwild.us), is this year's RRCA 5K State Championship race. Online registration is now open at www.redriverrun.com, through Active.com.

The Spirit's / Lee J's 5K is also open for online registration. This great family event will be held at Spirit's Restaurant in Alexandria 3 weeks before the Red River Run.
