Fleet Feet Sports "Mid-Week Walk/Run" weelkly training group.   

Group walk/runs which depart from the store each Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 PM.  Distance and pace vary depending on attendance, but there is always an "easy pace" in the mix.

Mileage is typically in the two to four mile range, with more to come as the weather and daylight allows.

The New Balance, No Boundaries training group will be meeting at 5:30 AM at the store, to carry on our ten week training program in preparation for the Fleet Feet 5k Fiesta on May 2, 2008.
