Wednesday 2-mile group walk/jog/run/ride 

Group walk/runs which depart from the store each Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 PM.  Pace may vary depending on attendance, but there is always an "easy pace" in the mix. 

If you are feeling ambitious in the summer heat, you and others may want to add on a few extra miles in the neighborhoods surrounding the store.

Water, changing rooms, reflective safety wear and a safe place to leave your bicycle or keys are available free of charge to all those that choose to participate.
