Downtown YMCA every Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:30 a.m.
On Tuesdays we do an easy 3-5 mile run downtown.
On Thursdays we do 8 sprints up the hills between River Road and 3rd street (about 3 miles total).
You don't need to be a Y member (unless you want to go inside and shower or use the facilities) and we usually have 5-10 runners--mostly beginners.
