We are back and better than ever for another year of biking, swimming and running! BREC's RocketKidz Rookies Triathlon is an event specially designed to introduce children ages 3-14 to the sport of triathlons.
Every RocketKid Rookie is a winner.

The registration fee is $30 (includes goody bag with t-shirt). $20 per each additional child in the same family.

Distances & Categories (each category is divided into male & female unless noted)
3-4 yr. old Non Swimmer- Coed- Swim 16 yards- 1/2 lap or 1x across width of pool (shallow end)
- Bike 200 yards
- Run approximately 100 yards
5-6 yr. old Non Swimmer- Coed- Swim 16 yards- 1/2 lap or 1x across width of pool (shallow end)
5-6 yr. old Swimmer- Swim 16 yards- 1/2 lap or 1x across width of pool (deep end)
7-8 yr. old Swimmer- Swim 32 yards- 1 lap or 2x across width of pool (deep end)
9-10 yr. old Swimmer- Swim 32 yards- 1 lap or 2x across width of pool (deep end)
11-12 yr. old Swimmer- Swim 64 yards- 2 laps or 4x across width of pool (deep end)
13-14 yr. old Swimmer- Swim 64 yards- 2 laps or 4x across width of pool (deep end)
- The above divisions Bike 1 mile and Run 1/2 mile
