07 / 29 [R]Speed Work Start: 5:30 pm End: 7:00 pm Group: Fleet Feet Racing Location: Fleet Feet Store Time: 5:30pm Workout: Will vary depending on who shows up and how many groups we have. We will be doing 200's - 800's. The workouts will not be given until right before we start. If you are not a member of the Fleet Feet Racing Team, feel free to come out and join us anyway. We will also have a regular run route prepared for anyone not doing speed work. These runs will be 2-4 miles. more info
