DON'T MISS BATON ROUGE'S ONLY 10k ROAD RACE!

Now in its 12 year, the Amedisys Mardi Gras Mambo 10k and One Mile Fun Run will take place on February 20th, 2010. In 2009, over 1,000 runners participated in the Mambo! Our fast and flat 10k course will give every participant an interesting and exciting tour of scenic downtown Baton Rouge and the campus of Louisiana State University. Come experience authentic Louisiana at every turn!

February 27, 2010 (Saturday)
Brother Eldon 5K and 1 mile run/walk. Catholic High School, One mile run/walk at 8 am, 5K run at 8:30 am. Entry fees: $15 adult, $12 high school students, $10 elementary students. Commemorative t-shirts, Jambalaya provided by Pete Hymel. Door prizes during the awards ceremony. Prizes: 1-mile: overall male and female; 5K: overall masters and grandmasters male and female winners as well as top-three age-group winners. There is also an alumni award.
