Banana Relay<POSTPONED>

the banana Relay is being rescheduled to a later date as a result of Hurricane damage.  The new race date will be posted here and notices will be sent to those already signed up once the new date is determined.

Club South Runners, Downtown Morning Run

Downtown YMCA every Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:30 a.m.  

On Tuesdays we do an easy 3-5 mile run downtown.  
On Thursdays we do 8 sprints up the hills between River Road and 3rd street (about 3 miles total).  

You don't need to be a Y member (unless you want to go inside and shower or use the facilities) and we usually have 5-10 runners--mostly beginners.
